Privacy Policy

How nBoard collects, uses, protects and handles personal data provided through nboard.dev and the services made available through it.

Last updated 28 August 2026

This policy explains how nBoard collects, uses, protects and handles personal data provided through the website nboard.dev, its forms and the services made available through it. It covers the website and the people who contact us through it. Where you use nBoard under a separate agreement, that agreement governs how we handle the data you process with the product, and it prevails over this policy for that data.

Who is responsible

nBoard is responsible for the personal data you provide through this website. We decide what is collected, why, and how long it is kept.

For any privacy request, or to reach whoever is handling data protection at nBoard, write to isabela@nboard.dev.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you give it to us, or when it is necessary to operate the website.

Identification
Your name.
Contact
Your email address.
Professional
Your company and your job title.
Usage
Pages visited and interactions on this website, in aggregate.
Financial
We do not collect payment or financial data through this website.
Biometric or health
We do not collect biometric or health data.
Government identifiers
We do not collect government-issued identifiers.

If you give us personal data about someone else, you confirm you are allowed to share it with us.

Why we use it

We use personal data to:

  • reply to your questions, requests and messages;
  • set up, run and support a pilot or a customer relationship;
  • send you information about nBoard products and services you asked about;
  • keep the website working, measure how it is used and fix errors; and
  • meet legal and contractual obligations, and answer privacy requests.

We may also use your contact details to send product updates or other communications you did not specifically ask for. You can tell us to stop at any time by writing to isabela@nboard.dev, and we will, without it affecting anything else.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Sensitive data and minors

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data — data about health, ethnicity, religion, political views, union membership, sexual orientation or similar. No form on this website asks for any of it.

This website is not directed at people under 18, and we do not intentionally collect their personal data. If we learn that we hold data from someone under 18, we will delete it.

Who else processes it

We use third-party providers to host the website, deliver email and measure site usage. They process personal data on our behalf, only for the purpose we engaged them for, and they are not allowed to use it for their own ends.

Beyond that, we do not share personal data with third parties, except where it is needed to provide a service you asked for, required to meet a legal obligation, or necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Our providers may store or process data in countries other than your own, including the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for — for a contact request, while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period after; for a customer relationship, for its duration and for as long as we are required to keep records afterwards. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or stop being able to link it back to you.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss. These include encryption in transit, restricted access on a need-to-know basis, and authentication on the systems that hold data.

No system is perfectly secure. If an incident affects your personal data in a way that creates a real risk to you, we will tell you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did with the data before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, write to isabela@nboard.dev and tell us what you want and how to reach you. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not hand your data to somebody else. We aim to reply within 30 days, and sooner where the law that applies to you requires it.

Cookies

This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work: they remember your language, and keep you signed in when you have an account. Turning these off will break parts of the site.

We also measure website usage — which pages are visited and which links are followed — to understand what is useful and to fix what is not. We use this in aggregate, to improve the site, not to build a profile of you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Some parts of the website may stop working correctly if you do.

Changes

We may update this policy. Updates are published on this page and take effect when published, and the date above changes with them. If a change materially affects how we handle your personal data, we will make that clear rather than relying on the date alone.
